Ecosystems started as an artificial reef, but its usefulness quickly expanded to areas of wave attenuation, shoreline protection, oyster reef restoration, mitigation, personal dock reef, saltwater intrusion tool, and Coral Reef restoration.

EcoSystems is a culmination of 22 years of designing and deploying over 16,000 artificial reefs. Its complex design allows small marine animals to seek shelter and protection from larger predators. The Limestone rock is the perfect PH for marine life to attach. No need to experiment with complex cement formulas to try to replicate the ocean’s PH. Oysters and marine boring animals attach easily. The complex design is ideal for defusing wave energy above the water line. The innovative piling mounting system guarantees the unit will stay upright and not sink into the bottom as other units do.

Concrete with fiberglass rebar reinforcement, Limestone and the fiberglass piling have no known life so EcoSystems will serve for many generations to come, plus the entire unit is easily removed and transplanted elsewhere. For that reason, the purchase of EcoSystems is an investment and not a purchase. That does mean EcoSystem is unaffordable, it is inexpensive to manufacture and easy to install.
