Mississippi Sound Shoreline Protection

The State of Alabama is planning to restore and protect a mile of wetlands west of Bayou La Batre, AL in the Mississippi Sound. It had been in the planning long before EcoSystems, but we were allowed to install a single row of EcoSystems units at the end of a test site that incorporated a double row of wave attenuator units by another manufacturer. As the picture indicates, A single row of EcoSystems units outperformed the other units double row. The State is going to allow further testing of EcoSystems at this site when the project is completed. A special "Thank You" to the State of Alabama for it's willingness to test new and innovative products.
